To provide content scheduling and management features, we access specific data related to the LinkedIn Pages you administer:

  • Organization Info: IDs, names, and logos of companies you manage (Scope: rw_organization_admin or w_organization_social).
  • Social Activity: Comments, likes, and shares on your organization's posts (Scope: r_organization_social).

  • publish posts, images, and videos to your LinkedIn Company Page on your behalf.
  • display basic analytics (e.g., post performance) within the DailyPoster AI dashboard.
  • communicate with you regarding account updates or support requests.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information, account data, and content for as long as is necessary to provide the DailyPoster AI services to you, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Active Accounts: We keep your data while your account is active to ensure you have access to your history, scheduled posts, and analytics.

Platform Compliance: We also retain data in accordance with the specific data retention policies and terms required by the third-party social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) that you connect to our service.

Deletion: Once your data is no longer required for the purposes outlined in this policy, or if you request its deletion, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

5. Restrictions on Data Use

We strictly adhere to the LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform terms. Specifically:

  • We do not transfer, sell, or rent LinkedIn data to third-party ad networks, data brokers, or any other unauthorized parties.
